Rachel is a Seattle-based art director and illustrator. A former aircraft mechanic, she’s got a keen sense of detail and loves getting her hands dirty. On her second shift she works on freelance comics, illustration & design. Her work mixes the mundane with the absurd through comics about ad agencies run by fish and a retirement home for dogs. Her advertising work has been recognized by AAF, PRSA, AIGA, and MADD, and her illustrations have been shown in Minneapolis & Seattle art galleries.
